Prior to founding Match Events, Inc., Tom founded WinStruct.com - 'The No-Brainer Trainer', where he wrote, produced and marketed a library of computer training products. Tom has also held engineering and marketing positions at Martin Marietta Aerospace, Johnson & Johnson, and Microsoft Corporation.

Tom holds an MBA from Columbia University, and a BS in Engineering from Tufts University. He currently lives in Florida with his wife Cathy and their three sons.
